Digital Goods:
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation: Your Services payment will renew automatically at the end of each subscription cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support via the provided email. Cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded or lose access to the subscription and/or services. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or in-store credit for a partial subscription period.

If a purchased digital good does not perform as described on the website, you may contact our support at any time for assistance. We will evaluate your claim, and if valid, issue a refund. Digital Services Purchase as Digital Goods: Returns and refunds for digital services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will use our discretion to evaluate cancellation requests, considering the Terms of Use and the quality of service provided. Misconduct or misuse may also be considered. Incomplete orders may be canceled within 7 days of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
